Note: Not all questions and answers will be posted to this FAQ. We will, however, try our best to answer your question in a reasonably timely manner via email.
Item counts (e.g. of recommendations) are inconsistent
There are a few possible reasons for inconsistencies:
- Item counts in the app are approximate, and can be incorrect (We are working on fixing issues as we identify them)
- There could be a defect in the app preventing items from showing up or lists from refreshing
- Items may have been blocked due to community guideline violations
- Content from individual users may be blocked if they or you have blocked the other person
How do I report a problem with the app?
Please use the support form or send an email to support@treffa.us. The support form is less likely to be blocked as spam.
If you want to reference a request or recommendation, you can use the ... icons to copy a link to it.
Do you support PayPal?
We currently only support Stripe for payments and payouts
